About the role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Investment Consultant to facilitate investment transactions within the commercial real estate market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and closing investment property deals. You will work with investors, developers, and property owners to source lucrative opportunities, providing expert market advice, and ensuring seamless transactions. This role requires strong negotiation skills, an extensive network, and deep knowledge of real estate investment processes.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Deal Sourcing: Identify and source high-value commercial real estate investment opportunities through market research, networking, and existing client relationships.
- Client Representation: Represent buyers and sellers in real estate transactions, offering guidance and advice throughout the investment process.
- Transaction Management: Manage end-to-end real estate transactions, including property valuation, financial modeling, and negotiating purchase and sale agreements.
- Market Research: Conduct detailed market analysis to provide clients with insights on market trends, investment opportunities, and risks.
- Networking & Client Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, property owners, and other key stakeholders in the commercial real estate market.
- Investment Analysis: Analyze investment opportunities by evaluating potential returns, risk factors, and conducting due diligence on properties.
- Negotiation: Lead negotiations on behalf of clients to secure favorable terms for purchase, sale, or leasing of investment properties.
- Compliance: Ensure all transactions comply with legal, financial, and regulatory requirements.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and presentations on real estate investments, market conditions, and property performance for clients and internal stakeholders.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in real estate brokerage, with a focus on investment properties.
- Proven experience in managing large real estate transactions and working with high-net-worth clients or institutional investors.
- Strong understanding of commercial real estate markets, property valuation, and investment strategies.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and client management skills.
- Ability to analyze complex real estate data and financial models to guide investment decisions.
- Extensive knowledge of local and regional real estate markets and trends.
- Proficiency in real estate transaction software and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
