About the role

As a Manager/Senior Manager in Marketing, you will be responsible for shaping and executing Altre's brand strategy, with a focus on social media and content creation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with business objectives. A deep understanding of LinkedIn for B2B engagement and strong storytelling skills are essential to succeed in this role.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Shape and implement brand strategies that position Altre as a leader in the digital commercial real estate space.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and community growth across platforms, with a focus on LinkedIn.
• Create high-quality, original content for LinkedIn, Instagram, newsletters, blogs, and videos to engage target audiences.
• Collaborate with marketing, research, and product teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with business goals.
• Analyze performance metrics to optimize content strategies and maximize impact on brand awareness and lead generation.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 3+ years of proven experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing.
• Experience in developing and managing content strategies and campaigns.
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn as a platform for B2B engagement and brand-building.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for storytelling and community building.
