About the role

As a Senior Manager in Marketing, you will be responsible for shaping and implementing brand strategies to position Altre as a leader in the digital commercial real estate space. You will drive social media strategies with a focus on LinkedIn, collaborate across teams, create content, and use data-driven insights to optimize content strategies for maximum brand visibility and lead generation.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Shape and implement brand strategies that position Altre as a leader in the digital commercial real estate space and enhance the company’s visibility across various channels.
  • Create high-quality, original content for LinkedIn and Instagram, including posts, stories, newsletters, blogs, and videos, to build and engage our target audience.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and community growth across multiple platforms, with a strong emphasis on LinkedIn.
  • Work closely with marketing, research, and product teams to ensure brand consistency across all content formats and align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Analyze performance metrics and use data-driven insights to optimize content strategies and ensure maximum impact on brand awareness and lead generation.

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 2+ years of proven experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing.
  • Experience in developing and managing content strategies and campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn as a platform for B2B engagement and brand-building.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for storytelling and community building.
